    Well done!

A memorable group of heavyweights. Sorry Sullivan isn't in there, though.

    Extraordinary!

Made me proud to be a boxing fan. I'm sharing your video with those who may puzzle over my interest in the greatest of sports.

Great music and especially loved the human touch --and the respect-- given to Holmes.

Yeah, that's another thing I liked, a little bit of out-of-the-ring footage. :thumbsup

    Janitor.

Tyson's rise to the title was more impressive than Dempsey, not to mention blemish free. His tenure as champion was longer (in terms of defenses) and his resume has more depth than Dempsey's. Dempsey was certainly an icon, but Tyson was equally iconic and his big fights consistently set the record for the richest prizefights in history.

I suppose you can make an argument for Dempsey on the merits of H2H but I'd love to hear you version.

Also Jack Johnson IMO was too low.

I rate Jersey Joe Walcott above Ezzard Charles.

Gene Tunney's body of work at HW wasn't enough IMO to warrant that ranking.

Harry Wills should be top 20.

    Holyfield should be above Liston.

Just throwing in my 2 cents.

I don't think it to be justifiable and rather the result of misty-eyed, rose-tinged willing acceptance of a myth that has grown over many decades. And I love Dempsey and do rank him highly. I just think given their styles and career arcs that it's an easy comparison, one that readily exposes the bias in some that favors old-timey fighters to a fault.

I'm with you two, Tunney shouldn't be top 20 at Heavyweight.

Personally, i think he's no greater than Michael Spinks at Heavyweight.

Being obliterated by a Peak Tyson in 91seconds clearly spoilt how he is percieved as a Heavy in the eyes of many.
However, would Tunney survive a round with Peak Tyson, i'm unsure, especially if when we include the circumstances in which Rooney told Mike prior to fighting he had bet his entire $22million purse (the largest ever up to '88 ) on a 1st round KO.*

*This was for motivation, he didn't actually bet the money.

In my opinion Tunney would look to box and move more then Spinks. He'd show more movement.
