No Benny Leonard, No Basilio, No Mickey Walker, no Burley, no Dempsey NP, and Joe Walcott, so low and no Langford in a top 20 renders your list useless.

 

Nothing wrong with placing fighters in more than 1 division, SRL and Robinson both must be rated in more than 1 division as Hearns, Duran, Arguello, and many others, so why not Burley and anyone else mentioned here, I've watched what I can find of Burley and read everything, I'm just not sure he could do enough against many of the ATG's, he does not seem all that fast, his volume of punches seem very low and his 1 single jab then nothing, then another, does he or can he pick up the pace if fully pressed, I don't know. I don't think I've seen enough to rank him top 10 in any division based on the evidence, what film there is to me actually hurts him more than helps.
