I haven't seen the first Basilio fight, but the Gavilan fight was definitely fixed. There's no possible way Saxton won more rounds than Gavilan there.

Not only that but it was as if they had made a pact that it would go the distance because the first 7 rounds were of the most boring rounds I have EVER seen. That wasn't kid's style. Something was up there.

Anyway, some of the worst decisions I have ever seen and how I scored them:

Tyrone Everett vs. Alfredo Escalera: 146-140 Everett
Lennox Lewis vs. Evander Holyfield I: 117-111 Lewis
Jeff Fenech vs. Azumah Nelson I: 117-111 Fenech
Felix Sturm vs. Oscar De la Hoya: 118-112 Sturm
Pernell Whitaker vs. Julio Cesar Chavez: 117-111 Whitaker
Fighting Harada vs. Johnny Famechon I: 145-140 Harada
Pernell Whitaker vs. Jose Luis Ramirez: 118-113 Whitaker
Stevie Johnston vs. Jose Luis Castillo I: 116-111 Johnston
Marvin Hagler vs. Vito Antuoufermo I: 145-141 Hagler
Larry Holmes vs. Michael Spinks II: 145-141 Holmes
Oscar de la Hoya vs. Felix Trinidad: 116-112 de la Hoya
Rocky Lockridge vs. Wilfredo Gomez: 145-142 Lockridge
Jung Koo Chang vs. Hilario Zapata I: 145-142 Chang
Kid Gavilan vs. Johnny Saxton: 144-141 Gavilan
Harold Johnson vs. Willie Pastrano: 145-142 Johnson
Azumah Nelson vs. James Leija I: 116-113 Nelson
Martin Vargas vs. Miguel Canto II: 145-142 Vargas

I've only seen 11 of the 15 rounds of Hiroyuki Ebihara vs. Pone Kingpetch II, but just from that I had Ebihara winning 8 of those rounds. Unless Kingpetch swept the other four rounds that looked like it was on it's way to a massive robbery.

I can't locate my scorecard for Fighting Harada vs. Pone Kingpetch II either but that was a robbery as well. Harada was well ahead there.

That's 19 that I can think of...There's plenry more that I've heard about, but not seen.

I might round out a top twenty with the inclusion of Hearns-Leonard II. Could possibly add a Zarate-Pintor, DLH-Mosley II or Rosario-Camacho as well.

Probably fair would be 8-7 tho, a few rounds were close and some who liked Holmes may have found a way to give all those rounds his way.

Of course. That's why Cossell quit the sport. He was tired of the robberies.
