Jofre is the perfect boxer from a technical standpoint.

Marquez had way better technique than Sanchez too. Sanchez was great but Marquez threw better punches, combinations and counters.

Duran liked to brawl too but in his fights with Palomino and Ray Leonard his slipping ability was amazing, Leonard has stated he was shocked at how hard Duran was to hit.

He didn`t have the savvy to cut the ring off on Ali, who himself was a more complete fighter than Liston, he used a number of different ways to beat people, he could adapt half way through a fight, and there were a number of heavyweight champs that had faster hands than Liston.

Patterson has faster hands than Liston....didn’t seem to help him out a whole lot

I know I`m just saying I wouldn`t consider having slower hands than a lot of elite fighters being what you could call a complete fighter.

Jofre, Tunney, Charles, Gans, Napoles and Arguello should on be on the list. Difficult to decide who get removed maybe Liston, Pryor and Barrera decent list regardless even if there are a few big names missing. Even someone like Ali for all his skill wasn't much of an in fighter and pretty much solely a head hunter.
