Zahir Raheem. When he dives down to hug my waist I'd be too tempted to give him a Muay Thai knee in the head.

I would like to fight these fighters in there prime

    Julian Jackson
    Mike Tyson
    Hearns
    RJJ
    McClellan

because I know that I'll only have to last one round then as soon as I wake up out of a coma I could collect my paycheck

I wouldn't currently want to fight
    Cotto---sustained beat down
    Margo---sustained beat down
RJJ---sustained beat down, even at this stage would make me look horrible
Mayweather---as soon as he noticed I suck it would be like him vs Gatti (only worse)

guzman. its a crime he doesnt have many fans and even if you do beat him the boxing public in general wont really reward you as much as they should because not enough people care about him

israel vasquez - he could probably get hit by a train and keep coming. much the same as antonio margarito

If I were an "avoiding" type of boxer, I would say Winky Wright would be the least fun to face in the ring.

It would get real frusterating real quick hitting his gloves and arms. But like Tony Zale once said (and did), if you can only hit the arms, go right ahead, but do it to the middle, where the arm is tender, so that the guy's arms will eventually hurt. That's how I'd face Wright, I would move laterally, jab as much as possible, throw pot-shot right hands, and periodically get in the pocket and blast the arms (whatever I hit).

But otherwise, Guzman would be tough, because of his movement and work-rate.

Fighters avoid other fighters because of the risk being too much for the reward.

It depends on what stage you are in boxing (up-and-comer trying to make a name, at the top of the mountatin, etc...).

If I were at the top, Guzman, Clottey, and Raheem would be guys I wouldn't want to fight. They're risks to either upset you or make you look bad, and you're not likely to get paid a lot either.

I'll add my three slicksters to the pile:

    (1) Ivan Calderon
    (2) Steve Molitor
    <------(3) Fernando Montiel

    and three pressure-fighter-types

    (1) Margarito
    (2) Cotto (although he has so much more in his arsenal than just pressure)
    (3) Israel Vasquez

    and three smart ****s

    (1) PBF
    (2) B-Hop
    (3) Winky

    and the gem:

    (1) Rafael Marquez: a ****er who can bang and box at the highest level.

hopkins because he has such terrific ring-savvy.

floyd because he's easily the best boxer in the business.

juan manuel marquez because he's never going to be remembered (for a number of reasons) as the outstanding fighter he is. so it's a no-win situation.
