Better fighter , probably not , except for Liston where it may turn out that yes .
A tougher pick to fight against , yes compared 2 : Liston , possibly Louis , possibly Holyfield (I do believe Bowe would have rather fought Holyfield )
no , if compared 2 : Klitschko , Lewis (although Lewis cheated vs Grant , McCline did not , and guess who won quicker ? )
Another thing about McCline , is that since reaching age 30 , up until age 32 and something , he had a terrific list of performances , better than Lewis during that time frame , on par with Wladimir's (I find McCline's 2000-2002 2b a bit more impressing even than Wlad's , but I can bare disagreement about this) , but anyway , Wlad & Lewis weren't 30 at that time , but McCline was . Liston , I didn't even bothered 2 check , I don't want 2 repeat my opinion on his resume here . I don't think Holyfield at 30 would have turned as impressive as McCline turned against the same fighters that McCline beat then.

People who care about d truth should never bare d "Lewis beat every man he ever fought against" tale after being told the truth , that is .
And it's pity Lewis didn't rematch McCall immediately after their first fight , or at any other time in which McCall was relatively himself .

I did think of Floyd, actually. But I figured that a 20 year old Cassius would have beaten Floyd at the same age.

Holmes was not that great at age 35. You might want to put in Wlad hi splace in the age 35 slot. Not sure if Marciano was the best age 30. Would Go with Holmes here.
