 Funny to think that Berto had more success than Marquez, Gatti and Corrales.
Berto might me an idiot, but on that night his jab was damn fine. He gave Floyd lots of trouble. A 38 year old Floyd, but still(not that Berto himself was at his best).

It’s a good fight, definitely worth watching. One of the better displays of the uppercut.

Mayweather's best performances came at 130 lbs and 135 lbs, at weights above that he almost always boxed cautiously and never gave more than what was necessary to get a decision.

The mention of the Marquez fight being a great performance by Mayweather I completely disagree with.
I dont see where approaching Marquez so cautiously as if he were a prime Julio Cesar Chavez in a seek and destroy mode qualifies as a great performance.
From the moment the fight was signed many of us in this forum noted that with Marquez moving up two weight divisions without the aid of a professional strenghth and conditioning coach, Mayweather was Bigger, physically stronger, quicker, faster, and held a significant height and reach advantage.
Marquez did'nt hold any physical advantages, not even close, and yet there as Mayweather treating the task as if he's fighting a beast in the mode of Chavez or Duran. LOL!
I absolutely was not impressed with that performance by Mayweather.
