I think James Kirkland fits this category, even if he is a KO waiting to happen.

 

Williams? The guy throws a lot of arm punches. He hardly throws every punch with bad intentions.

Abraham is the best example. The guy does not throw a punch with less than 100% on it. He saves all his energy to wing in these punches.

He truly "punishes" people. Look at his opponents (Margo excluded) at the end of the fight. If they're unfortunate enough to see round 12, they PAY for it (see Paulie Malignaggi). He gets my vote.
