if Hearns isn't in there, then many of those guys should be eliminated also. Hearns beat ATG fighters and won titles from welt to cruiserweight.

btw , Glen Johnson should be ranked higher than Hopkins.
Yes , Hopkins didn't fight dirty against him , but he (Johnson) didn't really know how to fight back then.
Hopkins wants none of him today nor in the past 6 years or so.

Yes , I know , but all my list deserves it , it's probably the best I've ever compiled , but still not perfect or honed like my HW list.

Duran, Leonard, Hagler, Pep, and Hopkins should all be above Pacquiao. Hopkins can definitely make top 30 comfortably.

I think Hopkins is a great fighter, but his win over Pascal at the weekend didn't really add to his legacy, or did so very minimally.
Frankly, I thought he would beat Pascal quite easily the first time, and was surprised he struggled, I was shocked to learn that Pascal - who I'd seen lose against Froch - was light-heavy "champion of the world".

Hopkins' longevity is second to none, he can still beat these ordinary contenders.
