Ok this was a hard list to make as many guys could have been higher like Duran,Arguello,Gomez but they came out a little lower cause a big part of their greatness was work they had done in the 70s. Also Sanchez died in the early 80s but i still put him high cause all his big wins were done in the 80s. Oh well i put top 50.

    1.Ray Leonard

    8.Evander Holyfield
    9.Michael Spinks
    10.Thomas Hearns
    11.Salvador Sanchez
12.Roberto Duran - would be #1 if i could include his 70s run
13.Oscar Delahoya- Say what you want but he dominated in many weights against the best possible
    14.Ricardo Lopez
    15.Larry Holmes
16.Alexis Arguello - would have been up quite a few if i could include his 70s run.
    17.Bernard Hopkins
    18.Shane Mosley
    19.Aaron Pryor
    20.Mike Tyson
    21.Marco Barrera
    22.Erik Morales
    23. Wilfredo Gomez - would also be higher (70s resume) he had some good wins in the 80s but also some brutal losses

    25.James Toney
    26.Juan m Marquez
    27.Felix Trinidad
    28.Azumah Nelson

Let's see, who did I miss? Somebody will have to be bumped off.

Winky Wright belongs... I guess I could get rid of Trinidad or Hill?

you left our some important things like SKILL, TALENT, DEPTH OF COMP at the weight class. H2H comparison is a double edge sword, one could argue that a Champ would match-up nicely against a former champ nicely but it could also be argued that they could have problems with contenders of the past.

Those a whole lot of guys i could have put as honorable mention(Edwin Rosario. Its pretty hard to pick from lot of these guys there isnt much seperating guys within 10 or even 15 spots on some. Julian Jackson could have made the top 50.

This is an attrocius list. Klitchko:patschCalzaghe that high? I guess you never heard of Chavez? IF you put Chavez on there, took Klitchko and Calzaghe out i wouldnt have commented how attrocious it was.

Too many '90s fighters on a lot of these lists.

the '80s was the best decade of these three from top to bottom at the highest level in almost every division.more depth too.
