You are right. I totally forgot about Khan. How can I forget about Khan.

    I'd bump off Guerrero.

Ok I'm borderline boxing nut and at most know 3 names on Danaire resume. Froch has very solid wins agains Pascal, Taylor and Abraham that were all ranked boxers. His fight with Kesler was close.

Yes, Khan should be in the list. An oversight.

can you explain to me why you have andre ward above former undisputed cruiserweight champion and current wba heavyweight champ david haye?

andre ward has one notbale win (a disgraceful headbutted one) against kessler (who isnt even in yout top 30 p4p) so how does that qualify ward to be ranked number 8 p4p?

also why does one headbutted win over kessler qualify him to be ranked above froch who has wins over pascal, dirrell, abrahams, and taylor (2 of them on foreign soil)?

Its a good list but one comment I feel you dropped Chad way too low for losing a real close battle to Pascal

Yeah and Chad was going to KO him probably if it wasn't for the cut. Boxing is cruel sport

I did not have Pascal in my top 20 when he won against Chad. Even though it was a close battle, Chad lost to a non-P4P ranked fighter which is the reason for the big drop. My take then is that a close loss to non-P4P ranked fighter (Chad vs. Pascal) can be equal to a brutal loss to a P4P ranked figher (Williams vs. Martinez), which is why Williams and Chad are close in my ranking.

Ward's 2010 wins over Bika and Green are still better than Haye's wins over Ruiz and Harrison. In 2009, Ward's wins over Kessler and Miranda are also better than Haye's win over Valuev. Haye was more impressive in 2007 and 2008, but I put more stock in recent vs. not so recent.

I already explained why Ward is higher than Froch. Froch is 1-1 this year, Ward 2-0. I just can't put Froch higher with his recent loss to Kessler and Ward's win over Kessler.

I thought he retired already? Did he not? My bad if he has not retired yet.

Reason why I no longer considered him in the list.

If you are only counting wins this year and nothing else then why is mayweather so high?

I consider past years as well but I place more weight on recent wins, e.g., wins this year vs. wins in 2009 vs. wins in 2008, etc. Even if we consider only this year, Floyd had a convincing win over a P4P ranked boxer which is sufficient enough to have him maintain his position.

so you base you p4p criteria mainly over this year.

you think a boxer beating gatekeepers like bika and green in joakland is more impressive than a boxer shutting out abraham abroad and fightin to a very close decision with kessler abroad?

shouldn't your criteria have dawson ranked above adamek, seen as dawson beat him?

does your criteria mean that khan ranks above alexander because khan beat kotelnik and kotelnik got robbed v alexander?

you think that ward headbutting kessler to death in joakland is better than haye clearing out the cruiserweight division and then becoming wba heavy champion and making 2 defences (with 3 of those belts being won on foreign soil) ?
