What are your top 5 heavyweight fantasy matchups? I.e fights that could potentially go either way and would likely be very entertaining Mine: Joe Frazier vs Evander Holyfield- i feel that Frazier is a boxers worst nightmare and would force Holyfield to brawl with him. I can see a great contest that Frazier edges slightly Lennox Lewis vs Larry Holmes- favour Larry but Lewis has a chance and i am sure Lewis will land more than a few significant right hands. Would be great to see who could win the jabbing contest between the two Sonny Liston vs George Foreman- two of the most powerful hw ever, need i say more Rocky Marciano vs Joe Frazier- a hell of a fight IMO, both guys with ko power, incredible toughness and endurance. Joe Louis vs Mike Tyson- the two best combination punchers ever, Tyson early or Louis late.
Ali v Tyson. Marciano v Ali (although would love to see Frazier just as much). Foreman v Lennox Klitschko (either) v Marciano (just for the circus of it all and don’t count out Marciano he prob wins). Dempsey v Frazier Love most of your picks though Holyfield v Frazier would be sick
Its a pity Foreman and Shavers never was. Frazier and Norton would have been interesting too. Just a couple off the top of my head.
