    I'd say

    Hunt
    Nog
    Penn

Fedor is largely untested(least hit MMA fighter...), can't really tell if he has a good chin or not, but he does have good recovery.

Fujita caught Fedor with a shot that would have felled a buffalo (If I remember correctly Fedor moved into it) and it rocked him, but he did recover from it, which was amazing in itself! Big Nog has hit the deck on a couple of occasions (Although he probably wasn't 100% when he fought Mir), but i've never seen BJ so much as shook. Hendo has a superb chin also. To be honest I haven't seen enough of Mark Hunt to have an opinion of him.

He took a flush kick from Crocop to the chin, not many people can handle that.

Fedor did get caught on a temple from Fujita. You're right, he does have great "chin" and definitely great recovery, I just can't base my opinion on literally that one punch which was to the temple. Some people can take a temple shot but not to the chin. Who knows, if that shot landed right under Fedors ear it could've been lights out.

Hunt, Fujita, Cro all caught and stunned Fedor. Even a Rogers jab is a heavy weapon. I think Griffin showed what a jab can do to you. I think Fedor does have a good chin and good recovery as well. He has so much confidence in throwing his wreckless bombs. He must have the chin (or at least the balls) to do that.

Penns chin seems solid as ****. Nog got run over by a truck and is still here. Hendo has to be up there.

Dan Henderson - Look at all the strikes hes faced and I can only recall seeing him legitmately buzzed vs Anderson Silva.

Rampage Jackson - Look at the punishment Wanderlei and Shogun had to dish out on him to get a finish.

BJ Penn - One time I saw a prime Jens buckle him with his classic straight left but besides that ive never seen BJ flinch.

Chris Leben - He has to be added mainly because of how flush he takes these shots and just keeps walking forward.

Fedor - Only vs Fujita was he every truely hurt but he recovered quickly and vs Cro Cop he ate his straight left and high kick but thats it he just ate them.

    Worst

Kimbo - Anyone who gets knocked stiff in 10 secounds by a scared guy with a jab bouncing backwards on one foot has a glass jaw.

James Thompson - he has been put to sleep in less then 2 minutes atleast 5 times now.

Marcus Jones - anytime he gets hit clean his knees buckle and hes on the verge of death.

Marvin Eastman - It seems anytime he fights you either see or read about this guy being laid out, Travis Lutter who isnt a striker laid him out cold with a punch that looks like it grazzed of his nose.

Terry Martin - Same as Eastman he even gets KTFO by journeymen, even in fights he has basically in the bag you seem this guy falling down hard.

Chris does have a good chin and there is no shame in being ko'd by Anderson Silva but the people I consider to have the best beards I have yet to see even shook! Of course, out of the people I have in mind, only Dan Henderson has fought Silva! Maybe they should all fight The Spider:).
P.S just read Jimmie's post and it has reminded me that iron beard BJ once did get shook up by Jens Pulver, (when Little Evil was the best 155 fighter in the world),and Dan did "Cop a buzz" from a flush Silva shot, so I guess I stand corrected! But both Hendo and BJ do possess granite chins!

    Penn-i never seen penn hurt

henderson-he can take a shot-rampage couldn't do nothing to him

big nog-yea he go KO by mir but he has taken a beating all his career and only one stoppage.

fedor-I've only seen him hurt one time against fujita and he won that fight

vitor belfort-only loss from couture by TKO. It was because he gassed out and couldn't defend himself anymore. The guy has a good chin.

    worst

Marcus Jones- i never seen such a big strong guy gets KO so easily

Andrei Arlovski- one of my idol but damn he has a weak chin

Keith Jardine- the guy gets KO easily

Forrest Griffin- such a warrior but weak chin

Chuck Liddell- One of my idol but once he started facing striker he's been getting KO. (Rampage-Evans-Shogun) he was dropped by jardine.

To be honest with you Jimmie I had forgot about Jens shaking BJ! Mind you it was some time ago! Both Rampage and Hendo also possess supreme chins. As for worst, that blow Lutter ko'd Eastman out with does entitle Marvin to serious "Worst chin" consideration. Mind you, Kimbo's ko defeat looked so bad I initially thought he had took a dive!

Punch resistance isn't an easy thing to measure.. I remember when Chuck's chin used to be considered among the top in MMA. Years go bye and he gets wobbled a lot easier.

Getting caught with shots they don't see coming.. Remember how great Chucks chin seemed until Rampage caught him with that hook he never saw coming? Then all of a sudden, his legendary punch resistance just disappeared..

Watched Mark Hunt get blind sided by Crocops left leg, when it was the single most dangerous strike around.. He moved right into it, was circling right I believe, didn't see it coming and whamo.. Dazed him... To more recently, he gets jabbed by Manhoef, who is a big striker in his own right, and gets thrashed..

    Traded punches with Sefu, literally..

    Punch resistance/chins are so fleeting..

Guys like BJ Penn, I honestly think he sees everything that he ever gets hit with, Dan Henderson reminds me more of Mark Hunt.. Rampage, has taken many beatings and is still durable.. Leben, reminds me of Mark Hunt as well..

Not an easy thing to measure.. It seems to be in parth a conscious threshold which is likely genetic.. Other part is likely damage taken over time, and whether or not you see the **** that's hitting you..

Liddell doesnt belong on this list now at his old age. Liddell in his prime stood and banged with Rampage in the 1st bout, Overeem, Belfort and Guy Mezger to and was still standing up to their shots. For Jardine has that guy ever took a clean shot that didnt nearly kill him ?
