He does have one of the best jaws in the game. Probably top 3 He took all of Matthysse's blows and barely flinched.
Froch has a good chin but it's always been overrated. He's been dropped or hurt numerous times from single punches, and his defense is not as horrible as people say it is. He does a fairly decent job at avoiding the full impact of the blows. The way people talk about him, you'd think he was Jake LaMotta in the last 3 rounds of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre or Mohawk Mavrovic against Lennox Lewis.

Froch, and Rios shouldn't be on the list. Put either one of them in with a puncher with decent skill, and both get stopped.

Froch's iron chin was the reason he wasn't KO'ed. George Groves is possibly the biggest puncher in the SMW division, he caught Froch cold, clean and Froch was square on walking into the shot. Only an Iron chin is capable off escaping with a knockdown against that shot, any other average chin would have been knocked out or at least on ***** street for more than a round.
