All are guilty but Germany is the worse offender given the fact they could easily fight good quality opponents from close neighbouring countries e.g. Britain, Italy, France and Spain etc but for the other countries it is not so easy to find world class fighters with in close proximity. I should add I am referring to non-champs and fighters on their way up involved in low key fights and not belt holders.
Spot on :good, well add a few eastern european countries and you will complete the list, Mexico have a lot of record padders there.
