Golota hit Riddick Bowe low more than a few times. He also bit Samson Po'uha, blatantly headbutted Riddick Bowe and Dannell Nicholson (the obviousness of the headbutt made it funny), and hit Nicoholson low numerous times as well. He and Ruiz fouled each other numerous times, which actually made it more entertaining.

But all in all, Golota does seem less dirty in recent years.

 

Hops, the next in line is a distant second place.

 

Hitting on the break, nothing out of the ordinary. Most great fighters are dirty, just some are more obvious about it than others.

 

The all-time king is probably Mysterious Billy Smith.

Among the older fighters: Fritzie Zivic, Harry Greb, Sandy Saddler, Henry Armstong were all dirty

Among more recent fighters: Eusebio Pedroza, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Joel Casamayor, Andrew Golota, Bernard Hopkins, Freddie Norwood, Wilfredo Gomez.

Hopkins is undoubtedly number 1, Trinidad is up there too, you could count on him to throw a few low blows when it got tough:good
