If I could I'd put all the top ten at the joint number one slot.

Everyone's a winner in their own way.

What has pulev achieved to be ranked No 5 on your list?

1- Fury ( he did beat Wilder regardless of the decision)
2- Wilder only loss against Fury who I rate above Ruiz Jr
3- Ruiz Jr his loss to Parker keeps him from number 2
4- Joshua potentially can be number one again but if he doesn't beat Ruiz in the rematch might as well hang them up.
5- Whyte much improved since his loss to Joshua

Based purley on resumes & current form

    1. Ruiz (beat the number 1 HW)
    2. AJ ( best resume)
    3. Whyte (wins over Parker, Rivas & Chisora tops anyone below on list in in the divison)
    4. Wilder (is a WC but only has 1 top 10 win & next biggest win is against Brezeale).
    5. Close between Parker, Povetkin & pulev but I give the edge to Parker with the win over Ruiz being the best win of the three.

I cant include Fury on the list as he hasnt beaten a top 40 HW in 4 years.

I cant seriously consider Stiverne top HW. It's on par with calling Charles Martin a top 10 HW as he was champion through very good match making against very, very poor opponents.

No, beating Arreola decisively twice back then was a big deal. He earned his place. I can’t take you seriously if you’re talking about Rivas and Chisora as if they somehow count more than Arreola.
