    Both have fought at WW now. JMM has not at 140.

    It genuinely makes me laugh that Maidana and Ortiz are on alot of peoples list, yet no mention of Kotelnik!

    Wrong. What you are doing is perpetuating a misconception. First of all, "The man to beat" is always up fore debate. But it usually is the fighter seen as:

    A) The World Champ
    B) The best fighter in the division (not always the World Champ)

    I'm sure some saw Floyd as the best WW the second he left JrWW. But his wins were pale in comparison to the other top guys despite his winning a belt.

    JMM does not have a single win at 140 and if faced against the top guys, still might not.
