Of course much of Gomez' and Benitez' best work was latter 70's

Overall they both tower miles above Camacho, and then some. Camacho never beat an absolute topline fighter in his prime.

I fogot Hector had a later start but still he could say he went an enitre decade without losing. Wifred started out and lost after 7 years as a pro while Gomez was brutally destroyed by Sanchez who wasnt even a big puncher. Rosario was reputed to be the big puncher but Hector still beat him good.

Went undefeated, but who did he beat? Who was his best win?

Also, most scored the fight for Rosario as SS has told you countless times.

Shaken him yes but winning one round big doesnt win you a fight. What about all the other rounds which he lost. Hector wins nine rounds to Rosario's paltry three :smoke

Yes but it's the OFFICIAL SCORE that counts remember? That's why Sugar Ray Leonard owns that win over Hagler. Even though a split decision isnt as strong as unanimous it's still valid. And we all have to abide by the rules no matter how many may argue against it. :smoke

    1. Carlos Ortiz
    2. Wilfred Benitez
    3. Wilfredo Gomez
    4. Felix Trinidad
    5. Esteban Dejesus

Pedro Montanez and Cocoa Kid could conceivably take a spot in the top 5.

Not a chance in hell Calderon rates above either, especially Camacho.
