Off the top of my head:
    1. Duran (Panama)
    2. Monzon (Argentina)
    3. Jofre (Brazil)
    4. Arguello (Nicaragua)
    5. Gomez (Puerto Rico)

The top 2 pick themselves but 3, 4 and 5 were tougher to call. Was also undecided about Jose Napoles as he was Cuban but based in Mexico for his pro career.

If central America is included that means Mexico hard to exclude Sanchez.

Good point. I was thinking of Latin America except Mexico when I did my list so I had Wilfredo Gomez at no. 5. I'm changing my no. 5 to Antonio Cervantes of Colombia.
