Larios has the title because Linares vacated it to move up to 126 after he defeated Larios, so I guess he would be the definition of undeserving, but he looked pretty good in their fight, just that Linares completely outboxed him. Haven't seen him fight since then though.

    By division:

    Valuev
    Fragomeni
    Diaconu
    Inkin
    Sturm
    ??
Nuzhnenko has a piece of Margarito's strap
    Kotelnik/Holt...close
Kobori has a piece of Nate Campbell's strap
Take your pick...Cook or Baloyi, we should have a play-off for worst here
    Cruz
    Caballero
    Agbeko
    ??
    Sakata

Overall, I would say the jokers that have half a strap are weak. Cook and Baloyi also. Then Valuev and Agbeko.

Well, that's pretty much it, nice list man! Maybe I'd switch Baloyi and Cook to Kobori (LW) and Nuzhnenko (WW). And maybe put up Paul Williams' name, just because it's completely ridiculous that the champion Sergiy Dzinziruk was healthy and able to fight (and fought Julio) and the organization somehow still named the Williams (WW champ) and Phillips (SWW champ at another organization) match-up a fight for the "interim WBO world title". What the hell? They threw the title at that fight, just like that. :patsch

Skills aside, because he does appear to actually have some (I think, lol), but I sure do wish somebody interested in fighting could take away Zsolt Erdei's belt.

He's a podgy, old chap who has no impressive attributes at all. he did give Haye a decent fight though.

    valuev is the worst

not too stressed over the others

larios may be on the slide but he was a good fighter for a long time so not gonna hate on him too much

I did it by division. Is Diaconu better than Dawson...really?

Caballero was up against Vasquez and Lopez. Tough luck.

Diaconu might not be better than Dawson but he is definetely not chicked unlike Duckin Dawson. And I doubt he is worse than Erdei.
And I don't like putting Caballero instead of Lopez.I guess Caballero needs to fix himself some fights too to get recognition.

Erdei is not a bad fighter. On last performances Diaconu looked like crap so I had to vote him. But there isn't much in it. Diaconu wouldn't be in the top 5 worst beltholders anyway.

Like I said, the couple of nobodies that have portions of straps. Agbeko, Sakata, Cruz, Cook, Baloyi. Some awful ones here.
