    Ponce de leon are you crazy? lol he has insane punching power for a 122 pdrer he can give you a concussion id hate to be punched by him

    no im not, De Leon during his reign as champion, he actually the worst/limited/very crude
    champ in his division, that's why he got KTFO on d 1st round by JuanMa Lopez
    Vazquez Vs De Leon = Vazquez by K.O/TKO
    Rafa Vs De Leon = Rafa by K.O

    Santana never faked low blows to get Norris DQ'd, they were blows to the head: the first time it was a grazing shot to the back of the head not hard enough to KO anybody, and the 2nd time it was a shot to the chin hard enough to KO anybody but thrown several seconds after the bell to end the round. BTW, Santana was doing pretty well in the 1rst fight before the DQ, and even had Norris down once. He wasnt championship material, but certainly not bottom of the barrel either.

    I stand corrected - that certainly justifies his being lower on this list than Ruiz, who not only faked low blows once, he did it on MULTIPLE occassions.:yep
