Bothas 'success' needs to be viewed in proper context. Aerts suffered a fluke injury and JLB lost a very close fight because his ego got the better of him and he decided to box. He got worked by low-mid level kickboxers who actually used the tools they had over him.[/QUOTE] Le Banner also lost because he forfeit the fight due to an elbow injury when it was gonna go into an extra round, Le Banner won two rounds confidently with mainly punches and lost the one due to knockdown forcing it into overtime.
I think Le Banner would have destroyed Vitali's legs, he had some really good kicks when he used them. I don't see why Vitali couldn't beat Mighty Mo though.
Tyson Fury vs Rico Verhoeven Oleksandr Usyk Vs Levi Rigters Daniel Dubois vs Jamal Ben Saddik Anthony Joshua vs Tariq Osaro Fabio Wardley vs Asdren Gashi Out of all these I'd pick Rico, Rigters and Gashi to win their fight. Dubois and Saddik would be interesting, Saddik is a massive puncher and bigger but possibly could get drawn into a punch fest with a much better boxer. Joshua has a decent chance against Tariq too as while Tariq is bigger he can be quite slow and have terrible cardio. I can definitely see any of those heavyweight boxers beating guys like Murat Aygun or Nabil Khachab (Maybe not Fury as I think he'd be awful in Kickboxing)
If you selected the right boxers they would win, imo. Most people dont realize the winners of these cross style fights depends as much on the style of boxing, kickboxing and mma they have, as it does the level of operator they are. If you take a light punching point boxer, he would get chewed up with leg kicks. If you took a power punching hunter, I think they would do ok.
