I'm sure Pac is in the same boat, and thanks to Bryn I won't be completely bewildered if he is.

 

Contribution > Knowledge any day of the week for me.

That's why posters like Tin_ribs, very very knowledgable often don't make these lists; they aren't big contributors. The contributors, who make the good threads are what keep the forum going. I don't glorify posters who just school the mongs on trivial stuff and act like that's good posting, that's some general forum level **** IMO.

I tend to keep my my boxing talk to RBRs if I'm around for them, I may make the odd post here and there, But I mainly prefer to sit back and read other people opinions :good

 

He's more of a Classic poster I think. If he was more of a Brit forum regular(by that I mean posted regularly without extended hiatus') I'd call him one of the best posters here, personally. Contribution's cool and all, but my personal preference is that style of posting. As long as it's somewhat consistent and not completely pretentious, of course.

 

He's a top poster when he posts and he could be amongst the very best without even making a thread because his posts are good contribution.

I mean if he popped up in a thread about JuanMa and tore into a mong cos he said the stoppage in the Salido fight was unjust that wouldn't make him a better poster IMO (not the best analogy but you get it aye? :yep)

 

Nah, Ribs isn't a regular contributor even to the Classic anymore. One of my favourite posters.

Trust me lads, Alan Rudkin Jr (AlFrancis) is without a doubt the most knowledgable guy on here, having spent a few hours in his company I learnt more from him than I taught myself in years!

I wouldn't attach that description to you either, Rasta. Because A) you are consistent and B) you aren't really pretentious, you just don't seem to have a lot of time for certain reprobates. Generally when you call somebody a ''mong'' it's because they are one. The only time I have a :verysad at your posts is when you're abusive to Rob, who I actually have time for.

 

;-) Rob deserves it. The amount of times he's had me on the merry-go-round and refused to have a sensible debate has turned me against him, when in fact I used to stick up for him more than anyone. I guarantee you HE KNOWS I'm not being serious and loves having digs at me as well. It's mutual, and if I ever met Rob I'd shake his hand, he's still an enthusiastic and, generally, pleasant chap. He and Beeston have a far more genuine dislike for each other!

I'm sure you've seen, I've lost the want to actually come off civilised in the last few months. Although I'm trying, desperately, to try and enjoy the current scene and actually add something to the board other than 'black and White is better'

Mattdonnellan is an ATG, easily one ESB's finest. Mostly on the Euro forum I think though (as are most of our better posters :yep ).
