Martinez - Margarito II - Would be a cracking fight and I'd like to see Martinez clear that defeat from his record.

Here's my 5:

The Heavyweight World Championship: Wladimir Klitschko v David Haye. Wembley Stadium, England

Wlad's the genuine champion and world number one. Haye is the next best heavyweight out there, bar Vitali, and has the pre-fight trash talking to big it up as something massive. Hope this can happen next year and hope it takes place at Wembley stadium as it'll be massive for Haye if he could pull off a win, but it'll be just as big a statement if Wlad wins it on Haye's home turf and proves he's one of the best heavyweights of recent times.


The Welterweight World Championship: Floyd Mayweather v Manny Pacquiao

They're undoubtedly the two best boxers of this generation. Let's have them fight at a weight that's comfortable to both so we can see who's truly the best pound for pound fighter in boxing. I don't think it'd be a great fight but it's one that should've definitely happened by now and 2011 is the last year for this enormous fight.


The Light Welterweight World Championship: Timothy Bradley v Amir Khan

Both have tough fights coming up against Alexander and Maidana but if they both come through them this is the natural matchup to again prove who's number one. Bradley's the proper champion right now in my eyes but I'd fancy Khan to beat him. It's a fight that gets both sides of the Atlantic talking.


The vacant Super Middleweight World Championship: Lucian Bute v Andre Ward. Las Vegas, USA

Let's get both these guys out of there home territories and into the money making, modern day fight capital of Las Vegas, Nevada. They're probably the best two in a messed up 168 lb division and I personally wanna know who's the champion right now.


The Cruiserweight World Championship: Marco Huck v Steve Cunningham

The top two at Cruiserweight and Huck's the proper champion at the moment. Cunningham's getting a little past it now but he's still the best challenger at the weight and it'll be Marco Huck's best win if he takes it.


They'd all be genuine world championship fights and for me they're five of the best matchups in world boxing today. How many of these will happen? Pfft about 1 at most unfortunately!

Pacquiao vs Mayweather - HBO should refuse to pay either of them a dollar outside of fighting each other. End of.

Haye vs Wlad - doesn't really need explaining. Should have happened last year, then this year. No more BS, we're sick of it Haye :zzz

Khan vs Bradley - Khan will beat Maidana, and Bradley will beat Alexander. Establish the true king at 140. Hopefully take some HBO dates off those tired old faces that keep getting on.

HBO should start pushing more fights like they have with Martinez-Williams. Rather than paying Berto and co. ridiculous amounts for fighting nobodies.


Khan-Bradley is a good shout.

Not for me. I wouldn't have minded it instead of Pac v Marg but now I wouldn't want to see it.

Like the sound of Cotto v Martinez but Sergio walks around at something like 180 lbs so not sure how long he's gonna be able to keep making 154. Would be a good fight.
