    Some changes I would make

    - Parker is top 20 so belongs in tier 2. He lost to Whyte and only beat Ruiz by 1 point. It’s clear he doesn’t have that killer instinct.

    - Ruiz Jr moves up to Tier 2 he is a very classy and skilled HW.

-Bellew doesnt belong in the rankings as a HW after beating a crippled Haye he has moved back to CW and will retire afterwards.

    - Bryan and Schwarz are hopeless, they belong in tier 4 (your final tier)

    - Zhilei is hopeless and is tier 4 perhaps. Ustinov will knock him out in the fight coming up.

    - Ustinov is tier 3.

    - Hughie belongs in tier 3 as he is just in the top 30.

You are missing a tier 3. Your list goes from tier 2 to tier 4.

I wouldn't have the present Tyson Fury in the elite class. I would however swap him for Povetkin. I actually reckon a lot of the fighters in tier 1 stand a good chance of beating Wilder. Breazeale should be a tier lower, Hunter and Jennings a tier higher in my opinion.

Is this a talent tier level? Or do we have to acknowledge the world champions? If this is purely talent based id be tempted to take all names off the elite level but be ready to put Uysk back in there when hes had a good fight at the weight and looked as good as he usually does.

If Fury dominates and fools and easily beats Wilder id be tempted to put him back in there and drop Wilder an extra tier, ive seen Wilder beating journey men but losing as many rounds as he won against them, ive seen him struggle with an ill and old Ortiz and have to take assistance during the fight and ive not seen him fight a single fighter in the top 3 tiers there who were on the up and in their prime.

If Fury loses to Wilder then im calling the Wlad win a one off and would drop Fury another tier. Joshua is very good but he isnt elite in my opinion, i think he sits on top of tier 1 as the best out there at the moment but right now there is no elite level heavyweights.

    Not bad.
    - drop Wilder from elite to tier 1
    - drop Bryan, Schwarz, Rivas, Franklin, Dinu from tier 2 to tier 3
    - promote Jennings, Ruiz Jr, Hunter, Wallin and Chisora from tier 3 to tier 2
    - promote H.Fury from tier 4 to tier 2.

Pulev is not tier 1. I'd move him lower.

I don't know how you can justify having Usyk in the top tier of heavyweights when he's never fought at heavyweight.

(Actually, upon checking boxrec, I guess his first two fights were at heavyweight for some reason? I don't remember ever hearing of that.)

    Changes:

Wilder- has not beaten anyone of elite level, so should be dropped to tier 1.

Usyk- has not beaten a proper heavy yet, unless you count Breidis. He will be elite, but is tier 1 until proven.

Ortiz- His reputation is based on knocking out a post-40 Tony Thompson, and Jenkins who you have at tier 4. Additionally, he only decisioned Malik Scott, who Chisora (tier 4) stopped. Also, his reputation is marred by PEDS use and his known blood pressure problems. Tier 1 is just too high. He seems to be associated with tier 4 guys, but tier 2 is reasonable in context.

Breazeale- not a single impressive win in the record. Tier 2 for having a good run, maybe.

Yoka- Currently out due to PEDS problems. Should not even be mentioned.

Zhilei- Are you sure you didn't mean the other Zhang, Junlong, who beat a former crusierweight champ?

    Rivas- what's he done?

Schwartz- Fraudulent record. They find guys with impressive looking records to match him against who can't fight a lick.

Bellew- heading back down to cruiser.

Chisora- you have Whyte at tier 1. In the poll we did, most ESBers by a slight margin think that Chisora beat him. Also, with the Takam win, Del Boy is doing some of his best work. Tier 2.

Wallisch- Does not belong on this list in any way shape or form. The guy fights once every 1-2 years. I have a feeling he will be the next Boytsov.

Lippe-Morrison- does not belong on this list in any way shape or form. No skills. No accomplishments.

Bellew would destroy Joyce and Dubois and would have a greatr chance vs Hughie Fury, he`s a clever puncher, much smarter than these guys.

Wilder would destroy anyone in tier 2 easily and he doesn`t belong in the same tier as Hughie at all.

Usyk is not in the elite bracket for me, until he proves it at heavyweight. Povetkin for example is very skilled, but hasn’t made your cut, as it appears that he couldn’t bridge the physical differences that separated him and Joshua. Until Usyk proves that he can bridge that gap with skills he should drop into the tier below

That's why I said drop him to tier 1. Usyk is the unified cruiserweight champion of the world and Olympic gold medalist. Joshua is the Olympic gold medalist, has 4 of the heavyweight belts, and has handily beaten 4 guys in tier 1, Fury's elite status is debatable, but he does have a victory over an ATG away from home, they are the elite. Wilder has fought 1 guy from tier 1 where he went life and death, and one guy from tier 3, same as Dillian Whyte, except Dillian Whyte has had half the fights and also has a victory over a guy in tier 4. Wilder is not elite. His company is in tier 1.
