top hw but fighting, not legacy

    yes, actually i only would pick ali and holmes to beat a peak foreman, maybe a focused joe louis in the rematch. foreman in his best moment would stop tyson,marciano,holyfield,jonhson(modern rules),frazier,lewis(lewis was a great fighter but he did not have the chin to take the bombs from foreman), and i think that liston could well drop foreman by finally george would get up and liston would be down.

    i have no doubt, a prime liston would stop lewis,holyfield and larry holmes, sonny liston had the perfect style to beat lewis, holyfield and holmes. good stamina, great reach, great power, good chin,great jab, he was very strong physically. sonny liston would ko lennox lewis any day of the week. liston would beat lewis easier than foreman or tyson would do it

    On Liston - Only recently have i seen any of his fights other than with Ali and Patterson. A couple weeks ago i wouldnt have picked him against many of these guys, but wow! He is vicious, not really that slow at all, and everything he touches crumbles. He must be the most heavy handed fighter i've ever seen.
