That's the guy I was so impressed with, and lost track of.
Saw one fight (against a bum) but the way he moved, punched and looked impressed the hell outta me!
problem is, he's about as active as Floyd Mayweather :-(

This news actually got me more excited than the main event.

 

Bout ****ing time. Just need to get Platov back now as well.

 

I hope we get to see him more often.

Dinu could be ok, but he's wasted a LOT of time, 7 fights in 4 years filling undercards in Romania. He needs a promoter and good trainer.

He had good hopes to make the 2008 Olympic games, but got picked up for shoplifting when he visited the U.S for the AIBA championships in Chicago which got him thrown out of the country and banned by AIBA. Naturally he became a cop in Romania.

 

I've seen Dinu on Romanian undercards and he is frightening. That left hook and straight right...dead

 

He's huge and he's fast, not something you see every day and he's quite technical too. But he's sooooo freaking inactive. He has some power but not enough to satisfy me, for a HW he should had more, especially considering his size. He's not fat, like most HW today, and not an amazing finisher.

 

Dude, I watched another Romanian heavy, Christian Hammer. But this Dinu is a monster, check this fight, I also love his entrance:

He is in Special Forces for Interventions(something like US SWAT), a branch of same minister as Romanian Police.

 

I haven't seen such footwork even at some of the today's top 10 HW's

 

I bet he will make sensation in Montreal, his speed is unbelievable, good defense and footwork.
The power shouldn't be such a big problem because his accuracy very good, natural instinct.

 

I send Emails to Ibox and GYM to sign Dinu as quick as possible one year ago ! Only Ibox respond to me , i think GYM will eat there short when they see him fight!
