I probably can't think of 20, but I would say Duran and Armstrong. I would also mention Ernie Terrell and Riddick Bowe as the greatest inside fighters given their massive size. Gene Fullmer, though not one of the greatest, is an underrated inside fighter.

The filmed footage of Manuel Ortiz vs Luis Castillo III is a brilliant showing of offensive and defensive inside work. What makes it better is that you can analyse it from both the short and tall man's point of view. Ortiz in particular has some exemplary offensive moments, with right uppercut volleys and technique that you will recognise as being practised by the great Duran, Toney and many other skilled, skilled fighters. Castillo, meanwhile, brings more defensive and tricky measures. To make it more interesting, you could compare them to fighters of later eras, and how both stack up.
