What is this Mayweather Promotions isn't licensed all about? I hear it all the time but what licenses are they lacking? Is Promociones Miguel Cotto, MP Promotions licensed? We know Floyd isn't the businessman at Mayweather Promotions like Oscar isn't the businessman at GBP, Schaefer is.
