Is that fight signed? I hadn't heard about that.

    R. MArquez looked old tonight IMO. Plodding, couldn't see the left coming at all.

I agree. He looked incredibly slow and was getting hit easily.

They should have continued. The longer it went, the worse Marquez looked. He was starting to get hit a lot more with power shots.

    That was a depressing spectacle.

He has slipped a lot even since the war with Lopez. :verysad (and that was already well past his peak).

Whatever the trilogy and the rigors of his bantamweight career hadn't taken out of him, it seems JuanMa did.

Rafa needs to ride off into the sunset and enjoy a well earned retirement. He's done more than his share for this sport and has nothing left to prove; not much left to give.

Alonso "Finito" Lopez vs. Wilberto Lopez

Alonso is the son of legendary Ricardo Lopez and has a 9-0-1 record. Wilberto is making his debut, and no relation. :yep

Becerril in my opinion gave a good acount for himself. He was just outmatched.

I Just read this on Dan rafael's twitter

"Goes down as Rafael Marquez TKO6 Eduardo Becerril. Considering the layoff and injury, Rafael looked pretty sharp and strong."

The **** fight was he watching?

He's supposed to fight Nishioka in October, not Hasegawa.

I think Rafael watched the first two rounds and then the snack cart came by.
