Mayweather, Paquiao, Crawford, Inoue ....... Top Rank has an eye for greats for sure. Unfortunately can't hold ATG for too long once they outgrow the sport.
They miss a lot so I wouldn’t say they are the best scouts it’s simply they are the best at building fighters. They know when it’s the right time for their prospects to step up and they know when it’s the right time to cut bait.
