If they throw in Loma with Salido in his second fight, Loma will be brutally KO'd!

Salido is a savage! Has been competitive with JMM,Gamboa, beat Ghost and Juanma! The dude has been around the barrio and back!

U think Salido gives a Funk about Lomas gold medals? Nope! He probably dont even know what Gold Medals are!

Loma will likely outbox Salido early! But what happens after 6 or 7 rounds and Loma has hit Salido wit everything and Salido is still pressuring? There are still questions about Lomas heart and chin and stamina,we just dont know yet... Loma has seen nothing like Salido in the AMs!

Its too early IMO, i think Salido stops him brutally when they fight!

Personally, I think Loma could beat Salido without encountering any major issues. Guess we'll find out soon enough.

Salido is far past his prime. If we were talking about 4 years ago then I could agree. Should be a fun fight but Loma should win it.

Will be rooting for Salido though.

I like Loma. I enjoyed his undercard fight on the Marquez/Bradley event. He's exciting, fast, skilled, has power, the whole package. But yeah, throwing him in with Salido in his second fight is suicide imo. He needs a couple of more fights.

In many ways Top Rank is taking a big risk. They could take the normal approach of building up his credentials. On the other hand, having a title fights in his first 2 fights is unique and eye catching in itself. Doing things in reverse like this will attract more casual fans. It's risky, but they must have great confidence in his abilities.

I think many people are overlooking how past it Salido is. I simply don't think he has much to offer an elite level opponent these days. Hopefully he can drag Loma into deep waters and drown him... but I just don't know anymore.

What we need to know is if Loma can take Salido's punch and if he can fight for 12 rounds, Salido is a savvy veteran and if Loma doesn't punch as hard or is open for big shots like Juan Ma he may well take a loss

high risk for lomachin ko. he can still fight more b fighters before fighting at title belts, but greedy arum wanted to cash in money. look at shoe shiner.

it's not Arum, it's Lomachenko that is forcing the issue

Loma was forcing the fight, not TR. Let's see, I'll be rooting for him.
