Jason's head is taking such a battering here, he's going to think he's Daniel Radcliffe when he wakes up tomorrow.

That's a good sequence for both men they're showing in that slow mo replay from multiple angles.

Moloney gets his arm in the way to partially deflect a Takei right upper-hook, but Takei drives it home so that it stings anyhow. Moloney answers with a straight right hand straight away, but Takei eases back a step to dull the blow and snaps in again sharpish with some body shots.

Bit of a disaster class this by Maloney but Takei to his credit has been impressive.

    Moloney:
    Takei:1,2*,3,4,5,
*Takei point off for low blow.

Ahhh, between about 65 seconds remaining and 35 seconds remaining Moloney was good but not enough to win the round. Maybe he has something to build with there though. Takei looked a little spooked at least. Still, 5-0 which even with the deduction is bad news.

I didn't trust estimates of 7:35am EST despite Top Rank themselves saying that...gotten burned too many times. But, they look now to have been accurate.

    Round 1 Takei 10-9
    Round 2 9-9
    Round 3 Takei 10-9
    Round 4 Takei 10-9
    Round 5 Takei 10-9
    Round 6 Takei 10-9

Moloney's best round, and who won it isn't close to debatable.

    Moloney:6,
    Takei:1,2*,3,4,5,
*Takei point off for low blow.

Very close sixth - arguable that, Moloney had another really pretty purple patch. Coin toss that round, Moloney landed the better punches though.
