    I like Inoue but its been so long since he has really been in a fight. I'm not rooting for Nery, I just want to see a competitive match. Hoping this is at least a war while it lasts

    Inoue -2000 to win and -500 to stop Nery is wild. I mean it's most likely but damn Nery isn't a pushover and he's got to have the most power of anyone Inoue fought beside a 39yo Donaire. He throws punches at awkward angles too.

    This warms the cockles of my heart, considering how much implicit bias (at best indifference) the majority of the casual boxing community and this board in particular has toward both lower weights and the Asian scene:

    I made this RBR twelve hours before the card got underway, as did @CST80 for Canelo-Munguía the other night. That thread, involving the sport's current biggest name and p4p top five mainstay for several years running, was up to 30-odd pages when the main event started. So is this one. Nice job rallying to get up ungodly early (or stay up ungodly late), lads. :campeon:

    I'm tired of all long count narratives. Necessarily they only occur when the guy got up to win, so any referee discretion was well applied.

    Referee delay tactics for further recovery AFTER the count and the guy is up are a more real issue in boxing.
