I just got a phone call last night from a friend who is a marketing exec. at Qantas.
He told me that Khoder was talking to his boss for about an hour that afternoon.

He rang again this morning & said he was told to do a promtional layout for a major event in which Qantas was co-promoting a major event with a company called Boxa.
He rang me because he knows I'm a boxing tragic & asked be what I knew about the company & if there was anything untoward about it.
I told him what I knew.

He just rang me & told me that Qantas & Boxa was staging Anthony Mundines next fight.

It will be at Rosehill racecourse on june the 28th.

His opponent is,,,,,, (you're not going to believe this,,,,,,,,,,,)

The common element with all of the Mundine nuthuggers and cheerleaders on here is their ability to talk in riddles, using many words and turns of phrase to say essentially nothing.

There's no way Jeff is not aware of who Mundine's intended next opponent is, absolutely no way, which is why he would not be drawn on the Golovkin purse bid and has been silent since he apparently went up to see Mundine.

He did however state that Austin Trout would be fighting Ishida in what now looks like an attempt to make it look like Mundine would be fighting Golovkin, but no doubt when questioned on this will hide behind the usual "I'm just his trainer, I know nothing" excuse. We should start calling him 'Manuel' from Fawlty Towers or 'Captain Schultz' :yep

I honestly reckon that Balmain fella was clueless as to whom Choc was fighting next when he guessed Golovkin but that's not to say he don't know for sure now , it will be interesting to see if he comes back on here to give us the heads up , imo it seems a pretty shitty way to treat your coach and mate though ie keeping him in the dark . anyway enough of the bullshitters WHO do you think Golovkin will fight instead ?

As I've said before, I think Khodar dances to a different drum.

He is not a boxing person. Has absolutely no association with the traditions of mainstream competitive boxing.
Ratings & such are just a vehicle that he developes to promote his client.
While he no doubt, has learned the ropes about the process, I'm sure it's only a "need to know" factor.
At best, his closest confidant wouldn't know what was next until 12 to 24 hrs before it was official.

I think it's the same with Sonny Bill. Khoder doesn't give a **** about the fan & the ****. If Westham had of come up with the deal, Khoder prolly would have asked SBW "You wanna play that game?".
Where the money is, is where Khodars interests are, not some mantlepiece.

It's obvious that this Balmain character is just a yes man to Anthony Mundine and his cronies. He gets a pay cheque and is willing to sell his soul for the joke that is the Mundine circus.
If Khoder and Team Mundine told Mr Balmain that **** tasted good then i'm sure he would eat it. I don't believe one single word that the bloke types on here. It will be hilarious when he logs in here and tries to explain away the reasons for the Golovkin fight not happening.
