These *****es are bitter. Mad that Haymon has taken over the game and they can't compete with him so they join forces. It's gonna be funny when this frivolous suit gets thrown out of court.

I am no legal expert but I think they both have good cases, it will probably roll on for years and end up being settled out of court for far less.

Honestly I never liked Haymon but this year I've really enjoyed the boxing he has given us, I've not got any complains so I'm a complete convert now! I do not understand why so many people wish him to fail. I just hope he keeps it up and doesn't have some other "devious" plans down the line lol.

But yeah, Haymon's got them in a corner haha, these guys are getting shook!

Will be very interesting to see how this turns out. They see Haymon as a threat to their business.

How do they have good cases? GBP is suing because the say Haymon is violating the Ali act, but they don't seem to have any standing in this regard. Top Rank's lawsuit seems similar to the lawsuits that companies have lost against Amazon.

They're suing him for the underhand tactics Haymon has been using by holding up venues he doesn't want to use and then canceling them after Arum and GBP have had to move back show. The NSAC have backed their complaints up about this.

I have no idea, but i'll be honest, it seems like they may have a case. even the guy who runs the california athletic commission is saying so. haymon is booking dates to block and then cancelling them.

he's paying boxers not to spar with boxers in other promotions.

most damning of all and easiliy argued is ali act says manager cannot pay the fighter. haymon sports is paying fighters and negotiating as entities. this is in direct violation of ali act. no doubt. i seriously don tknow how you can get around that basic fact.

rafael agrees. I'll be honest, its not about choosing sides. The fact haymon is cutting checks to people and they post it on instagram even, and that is directly clarified in the ali act you cannot do that....means haymon might get some more heat.

put the bias away for a second and think about it.

Bob Arum is an intelligent and shady ass lawyer. The Bop Father knows.

I had a feeling that GBP and Top Rank would join forces. I also wouldn't be surpised if in the future these two companies merge.

Yes, Bob is smart and shady. Smart, Shady leawyers file lawsuits for ulterior motives. I would assume that's the case here as I don't see how he could win this suit.

Hilarious isn't it? Haymon is beating them at their own game they know it but instead of stepping their game up they sue.
