Exactly. I take these lawsuits as a sign of desperation on the part of de la Hoya and Arum. Haymon and his deep pockets are about to drive them both out of the business. I doubt that these lawsuits will EVER see the light of day in court as Arum and de la Hoya will probably have to open their books at some point and I KNOW they don't want the Feds poking around in their financials...

 

This suit will go no where just a big waste of time. These two companies are getting their asses kicked and they know it. That's why they want to sue they're desperate they need to do something to stop the Haymon momentum.:deal

Problem being Chavez posted a check on instagram that shows haymon paid his purse and that is a direct violation of the Ali ac.. that alone shows they have a case..

 

Exactly what I was thinking. Oscar and Bob are the definition of salty. This lawsuit is laughable and a desperate attempt to bring down Haymon, who beat Oscar and Bob at their own game.

 

Because they don't fanboy as hard as you on a daily basis.
