Who has the biggest catalogue of stars? Who has the most prospects? Who's the future of boxing promotions?

I look at Goldenboy and see they rely on their big draws such as Hopkins and Mosley and are filling up their undercards with prospects.

Whilst Top Rank relies heavily on in-house shows in comparison to Goldenboy and their willingness to co-promote shows in Europe with the likes of Hayemaker and Hatton Promotions readying itself for when Goldenboy Europe heads its first show.

“I don't have blue eyes and I am not white, but a Mexican arriving on the cusp of fame, and that is what they do not support,” De La Hoya told La Opinion in 2001. “Bob Arum's people hope I lose because they can't see a Mexican above them, and also that he defeated one of the biggest Jews to come out of Harvard.” - Oscar de La Hoya

He can't stand the thought of his two most successful "sons", Floyd and Oscar, topping him.

I think Top Rank. When you compare their stables, I think Top Rank's is clearly better.

Top Rank's had better cards this year, i think. The only really good one GBP had was Marquez-Diaz.

Golden Boy has a lot of exciting young fighters, but they still haven't figured out how to turn someone from "exciting young fighter" into home-town draw, and then into a national attraction.

You'd think De La Hoya is the perfect model for that wouldn't you?

I think Goldenboy is the future once it gains some more household names. That and owning Ring Magazine must help. Once Arum leaves, there may be greater cohesion between the two. Where does the other promoters like Gary Shaw fit in?

How can people say Golden Boy has a better stable? They did have the biggest money maker in the sport until DLH retired. Top Rank clearly has more talent: Pacquiao, Lopez, Gamboa, Cotto, Pavlik....the list goes on. Golden Boy has signed a lot of young talent, but none of them are household names. Mosely just left to Top Rank and it doesn't look like if Mayweather fight again he's going to use Golden Boy. Arum is clearly top dog in the promotional game right now.
