stupid thread....dont put a warrior like Cotto and some hypejob like Pavlik in the same breath

Cotto lost to a guy thats roughly 6feet tall

Pacs never faced guys even close to being that big......

and to top it off it was only his first lost, Pacs lost 3 times already, KO'd twice...and has had a couple of draws

i like Pac, he's one of my favorite fighters so don't make his fans look stupid by posting stupid threads......Cotto's entitled to a loss here and there just like Pac or any other great fighter who choses to face great opposition

so remember that next time before you go around posting these silly ass topics...

The number of times he's moved up in weight successfully is the only thing i can think of that separates him from them.

    :good

I will however totally agree only if PAC beats ODHL which is very very diffucult for pac to achieve. I'll give Pac MAX of 5% chance of winning!!!:scaredas:

Dumbass! Why would a superbantam, feather, superfeather, and lightweight Pac face a welterweight. maybe in sparring but not in a fight:roll: Now Pacman officially moved up in welterweight and is facing Oscar 4 in. bigger and maybe 10 lbs heavier on fight night. Then if Pac destroys him too you'll again think of something to discredit that...

opposition is key when determining factors as power, speed, chin, etc.

Ironically, Pac got the better oppositions and he still excelled in those...

Top Ranks 3 kings down to 1... but by knocking down 1 king, it created a new king... So esentially... Top Rank has 2 kings in Pacman and Margarito....

Depending on how Cotto turns out from here on out, they may still have 3 kings...

Pavlik will stop Rubio which would lead him to Arthur Abraham...

But Cotto losing doesnt hurt Top Rank.... It actually helps because it was a GREAT fight and he lost to a stablemate... Now his stablemate is garnering praise and seems to be in demand..

To answer your question, to me it doesn't seem like much separates Pac and Cotto and Pavlik because they all have the style to please crowds...

Pavlik by no means is a hype job.... The kid can bang and he is a pretty good boxer... He's a guy that doesn't just go in there and throw looping shots and all types of bombs even tho he has the power to do so... He'd rather take you apart... and with the right fighters (Taylor, Miranda, even the McKart fight) it can be a very crowd pleasing affair...

The only near 6 footers or higher people that are near Pac's weight range are Caballero, Sugar Ray (Narh that is) and that Teron kid.. If Manny beats them 3, who cares~!! ((Sorry to get off topic, but wasn't there a prospect slightly under lightweight that was like 6'1~?? I think he was on ESPN 2 last year))
