Top Soviet Amateur Heavyweights of All Time

    Did the former USSR have many great Soviet heavyweights? Were they that good we can make a Top 10? I'll list some below who I've heard of (please add more & tell me where my below 3 fit in):

    Nikolai Korolev
    Igor Vygotsky
    Alexander Zolkin

    Suga Valuev at age thirteen fought at amatuer with a stature a shade above seven feet in height, and retired age fifteen with two more feet of growth and seven wins over professionally trained attack bears!

    Ivan Drago also gave an aged but motivated two time champion in Robert Balboa the fight of his life straight out of the amateurs Balboa was a weak inactive champion but you can only beat who is put infront of you!

    Watched Yagubkin and Yakovlev all afternoon yesterday, thanks for the suggestions! Any more I should know about?

    Also I could only find 2 of Yakovlev’s fights yesterday which is a shame
