Creed absolutely was still in his prime when they fought. And Clearly Rocky was totally out of shape, you can tell by how bas he looked compared to when he fought Clubber or Drago. Either way Rocky could knockout anyone in boxing history with one punch. Except Antonio Margarito, due to recent events it has been noted that it might take two punches from Rocky to KO him. BTW we all know that all this is mute becuase the greatest fighter of all time was no boxer. Nobody would last ten secounds in the ring with Chuck Norris, and that includes the time it would take the ref to count the person out. Most likely the other corner would trow in the towel right at the opening bell.
