    He said it on sky sports in that heavyweight special programme so if anything it would financially hurt him

    Of course but he didnt have any reason for saying it, i dont take anything he says to seriously but he seemed serious when he said the british will only ever see him as a gippo. He is in a bad situation as far as his national identity goes, most people wouldnt consider him properly irish and most people wouldnt consider him english either

    If Fury wins a world title the English will have no problem accepting him as one of their own.

    but doesnt Enlgand claim Chisora born in Zimbabwe to Zimbabwen parent and only moved to London when he was 16?

    Dont ye claim Lennox Lewis born to Jamician parents in England and moved to Canada when he was 12 and won a gold medal for them

    Chris Froome is also claimed as British dispite being born in Kenya and living there all of his life

    Mo Farah was born in Somalia and moved to england when he was 8 but he is considered english.

    So i asked you the question under what criteria do you decide what nationality a person is?

    :lol::good

    Once a athlete does well he's seen as a full on member of the British Empire, once the person sucks the original nationality is mentioned.
