We're talking 154 here, guy. I don't think Mosley or DLH have done enought at 154 to warrant induction in the Top10.
Shane Mosley? Shane Mosley held the 154 title for 1 fight. He was hardly an ATG 154lb fighter. He lost 2 times there and beat shot Vargas and DLH. And lots of people thought he lost the fight to DLH at 154. Vargas on the other hand made 147 exactly ONCE. He never came close after his 7th fight. He was a 2 time 154 champion. He is clearly better all time there. That said. McCallum and Hearns are 1a and 1b to me for 154. Followed by Norris, Jackson, Wright.
de la hoya and vargas both deserve to be there more than Mosely, it is 154 after all. Mosely has all 4 of his losses at 154.
1. Mike McCallum 2. Terry Norris 3. Winky Wright 4. Thomas Hearns 5. Julian Jackson 6. Laurent Boudouani 7. Ki Soo Kim 8. Nino Benvenuti 9. Oscar De La Hoya 10. Tito Trinidad
Thomas Hersn without a doubt after that: Now that said JRMW as SMW are ******* weight, since they are used as stepping stoned for WW to go to MW and MW to go to LHW...therefore you ahve a lot of cross referece between the 4 weight classes between 147 and 175... Hearns eaen his title and only fought a few fights at it, so on that basis is hard to qualfy him as the best on my Top 100 by weight classes I putt him as the best JRMW... Now Terrible Terry shure can be considered, so could Vargas Julian Jackson...I would put WW in there since of all he was as true inbetweener at JRMW...Benvenutti fought some good competion at JRMW on his way to MW..Kochi Wajima need to be mentioned who won it for Jae Do Yuh lost ait and regained it and also Kalule ..so this is hard.....itis easier at JRWW than JRMW and SMW

1. Thomas Hearns 2. Mike McCallum 3. Terry Norris 4. Winky Wright 5. Julian Jackson Aftet that, it gets tricky
Won 38, 32 by KO ( kayoed Terry Norris in 9 forWBA Title, Nov.1998; kayoed J.C. Vazquez in 5 for WBA Title, Aug. 1996; UD12 over Castillejo for EBU Title in Jan. 1996 ), Lost 3 ( last career fight LUD12 to David Reid; 1 fight in 93; 1 fight in 91), Draw 1 ( February 1998 for WBA Title - but beat him by UD12 in the rematch three months after May 1998 ...
To add a little more, he was meant to be a cannot miss star of French boxing who rebelled some what before redeeming himself. Had a learning defeat early in his career, but came back strong and looked classy in a fight I saw against Andy Till, totally dominating a solid British Champion, winning in four. I followed his career with interest after that; and to my suprise he was upset in very next bout against one Bernard Razzano. But he came back strong beating the rugged conquerer of Razzano, Javier Castillejo, with a with hindsight impressive nine round stoppage. Boudouani beat Javier in a rematch (WU12), and then in career best performance beat the teak tough Argentine Julio Cesar Vazquez in five. Laurent continued with his good form beating the solid Carl Daniels and getting the better of the pain in the butt that was Guillermo Jones in two very close fights (DM12 and WS12). Boudouani most famous victory followed when he beat an ageing Norris in nine. In Laurent's final fight he lost a fairly close decison to the then undefeated American Olympic Champ David Reid; with hindsight Reid's finest performance.
