It's fairly laughable. Haye is former linear cruiserweight champion and now a title holder at heavyweight whereas Clottey's best win is against the remnants of Zab Judah. WTF?

Since Ward dominated a top rate opponent in his last fight and Froch skated by with a questionable decision against an inferior opponent.

I have Ward several spots ahead of Froch.

I'd say the version of Judah that Clottey handled is better than any fighter Haye has fought. Clottey also gave Cotto all he could handle. Cotto who is much better than Haye.

Anyways Haye would probably round out the top25 too. He's a good fighter. Clottey is better though.

:patsch The Judah who was probably only 60% of what he was when he fought Mayweather is better than Enzo Maccarnelli, Jean Marc Mormeck, and Giacobbe Fragomeni?

first of all, there's nothing to suggest that he was at 60% of what he was when he fought Mayweather. He looked in as good shape in both fights. If he declined at all, I'd like to see how you pulled 60% out of your ass.

Secondly, Mormeck wasn't exactly prime when Haye fought him. Did you think of that one? And he gave Haye a hell of a fight even sending him to the deck and hurting him badly. Even then, Judah of the Clottey fight > Mormeck of the Haye fight. If you have doubt just watch those 2 fights back to back, and you won't anymore.

Maccarinelli sucks ass, and what the **** puts Fraggomeni on the same level of a Zab Judah? Are you joking or serious?

I think you've just solidified my stance that Clottey > Haye.

Donaire, Calderon out of top 10..P.Williams #3...no Adamek...**** list
It must be noted 85% of American writers also picked Lacy to destroy Calzaghe

Originally I thought PW was ranked too high, but after reading through this thread, I think it is a fair enough ranking.

No one else(that were ranked below him) is doing enough in recent times to be rated above him.

Please. Everyone always uses that same fight as an excuse to discredit American writers.

Enough already. They ****ed around and got one wrong. So what? 85% of them also Kessler over Ward.

If the majority disagrees, saying there is no debate is just dumb. Ward is also coming off those wins back to back?

Ward has two notable wins, one of them over the #1 in the division while Froch has debatable win over Dirrell (not even ranked by the RING), a knockout after getting dominated against Taylor (whose only win is Jeff Lacy.. Jeff Lacy!) and a good win against Pascal. That's one good win, two average wins whereas Ward has one great win, one good one. Beating the #1 alone should do the trick for him.

It really does feel that way. Like Nonito Donaire with the RING.

The biggest problem here is that PW is #3 though. He is borderline top 10 for me.
