    most guys in the welt. division have a loss or two. Clottey is a tough choice, and a guy Mayweather would have never chosen to fight. Mayweather's choice if he does not fight Pacman is Matthew Hatton. Who is a bigger challenge. Matthew Hatton or Joshua Clottey? This shows exactly why Pacman will be regarded as greater. He takes on the tough challenges and Mayweather hand picks easy fights.
