Good fight! 100 times better then Floyd vs. Matthew hatton or another JrWW....

 

So, what are u trying to tell me that Clottey is gonna beat Pac?:roll:

Lets see if they make this a legit welterweight fight. lol No ****ing way can Clottey drain down to 145 and if he does thats his whole training camp just to make weight.

I don't think the fight will even happen. But it's a good fight, and he does have a chance. He's never been convincingly beaten.

Wow....don't think too hard bro. It's obviously something that is completely out of your realm to grasp. I can't really explain it any better to help you grasp the concept that I'm comparing the surrounding conclusions to why these fights and the comparison have certian elements in common.

What people are trying to say is PAC is fighting COTTO left overs, whom he (Manny) just beat. So they are knocking the fight b/c they are trying to say Josh isnn't worthy....

But Why was JMM so worthy for Floyd's comeback? The main argument was b/c of the closeness of the wars that he had with Manny in which Manny won, but some felt JMM should have gotten the nod.....as was the case in the fight with Josh vs Cotto....Cotto got the nod although some felt Josh should have won.

Hence.....If JMM was worthy enough for Floyd...who was bigger than JMM, who lost to Manny twice....Why isn't Josh a good fight for PAC who is defintley a lot bigger and also had a close fight with Cotto?

 

Honestly who do you want him to fight to prove himself. Winner of Mosley Berto is out if they want a March 13 fight since that would give no time for training to Mosley or Berto. I really doubt Paul Williams could make 147 even though he still says he could. Margarito suspension still hasn't been lifted, as far as I remember, so again out. I mean there are only so many top fighters in a division. So again can you suggest a fighter that is a top WW that would work for the March 13th date.

Now he could go back to 140 and that does open some options like Bradley and others but I find no problem with him fighting Clottey. Another option would be to go for unification of the belts in WW that opens up Vyacheslav Senchenko and dejan Zavec, but honestly neither of those fights would really be better then a Clottey fight.

 

Decent stay active fight and a dangerous one, Pac sure as hell can't be careless in this one. Mayweather can let Ellerbe fight a round or two for him against M.Hatton and their won't be any danger.

Why is everyone blind to the game? This is what one person wanted all along. The connection here is the same connection that got Mayweather accused of ducking constantly... Arum!!!! Arum puts his fighters in with each other so he can double dip the proceeds!! It is like an cash incest fest.

Look at history. When Mayweather was with Bob he was supposed to fight Margarito, instead he fought Baldomir and set up his paydays with DLH and Hatton. Margarito/Cotto, Cotto/Clottey, Pacquio/Cotto, etc... It is a giant cash orgy for Arum!
