Think about it, Mayweather is having a bit of financial trouble, he has the MGM Grand booked, needs to sell tickets, Arnum knows this thus puts out what's basically a threat - If you don't sign I'm going to put on a show bigger than you can muster on the same date and out-sell you, could Mayweather take that hit?

Why ever start drug testing anyone then? There are $40 million reasons why each fighter wants to ensure fair play. This will be the biggest fight in HISTORY! Wouldn't you want it to be fair if you were fighting?

It is proven technology and due to the magnitude of this event the money is available to have it done. Also, with the current climate around sports, it would have made boxing look good.
