When you think of exciting fighters, tough fighters who came to fight over the last 30 years (that's 1980 - PRESENT people!!!) who do you think of? I'm not talking about Hall of Famers or future Hall of Famer types btw.

Here are a few that more times than not, came to fight.

Glenwood Brown 48-12 (29) and only 2 losses by KO. Both of the KO losses came in his last 4 fights.

He went the distance with the likes of-

    M. Blocker LSD12 for the IBF WW title

    M. Taylor L12 (dropped Taylor twice, close fight) for the WBA WW title

    S. Brown L10 (close, both were past prime)

    D. Rosenblatt L10 (close, Brown well past prime)

    B. McKart L10 (Brown washed up)

    V. Pazienza LMD (Brown washed up, Pazienza well past prime, close fight)

    Others-

Tony Marshall 37-13 (13) and only stopped 3 times. All 3 KO losses coming in his last 4 fights.

Terrence Alli 51-15-2 (21) 1NC. 6 losses by KO. Did not get a win in his last 9 fights (0-8 1NC) and lost 4 of these by KO.

Freddie Pendleton 47-26-5 (37). Lost 7 by KO. He went 2-5-1 in World Title fights. 5 of the 7 KO losses coming in his last 14 fights.

He was 32-17-3 prior to winning a World Title... only 2 losses by KO. He was 0-1-1 in World Title fights but he kept on trying his best. Finally, after his 53rd pro fight he was a World Champ.

Hector Lopez 41-7-1 (23) in 49 fights and only 1 loss by KO. The KO loss came in his 48th pro fight.

Ray Oliveira 47-11-2 (22) in 60 fights and only 2 losses by KO. He lost his last 2 fights by KO.

Kassim Ouma 26-7-1 (17) and only 1 KO loss. He has beat some good fighters but when he has lost he puts up a good fight most of the time.

    just to name a few...
