Anyone who votes for Rios should be immediately banned.

    Seriously...

Manny has the tougher fight he is coming off of 2 back to back losses the last one he came face to face with Jesus while he slept.
But in reality you could say he is coming off of 3 losses in a row.... mentally Manny is in a much tougher fight here against a dangerous opponent.

While Floyd who hasnt lost hasnt come close to losing is in there with a guy he believes and his fans believe have no chance.

so its obvious Manny is in the tougher fight.

Rios isn't even top 5 at 140, and he's fighting Pacquiao at 147. Canelo is the champion at his weight class, and Floyd is going up (albeit a catchweight) to fight Canelo.

    Not even close.

Better fighter/opponent - Canelo by a country mile.

Tougher fight considering the circumstances - Toss up.

Rios is not a tough fight for Manny, man. Come on. This guy got outboxed Mike freaking Alvarado, a brawler. And Rios has lost 2 of his last 3 fights.

Tougher fight doesnt matter where you personally have him ranked. who has the tougher fight? a guy coming off of back to back loses one of which he was brutally knocked out in?
or a guy who hasnt lost and is fighting a guy that his fans are saying is too green, and doesnt have a chance?:think

    This...

I understand the argument of Pac coming in with a 1-2 record in his last 3 fights, but it holds no merit considering how high everyone ranks and thinks of him but especially considering Brandon Rios has only fought twice at 140, lost one of those decisively, and never once at WW.

He has lost 2 of his last 3 fights as well.

If Pacquiao were fighting Devon Alexander, I might be more likely to agree with the argument or to at least think it was a worthy debate.

It is not. You are grasping desperately at straws to fit your agenda if you vote for Pacquiao vs. Rios. That, OR you genuinely believe that Rios will beat Pacquiao, in which case it still isn't a tougher fight on paper. It isn't. Period.

Pac could very well be done though. I wouldn't be surprised to see Pac Margarito Rios but also wouldn't at all be surprised to see Pacman laid out again even by someone like Rios who poses no threat to someone like Floyd.

Considering Rios has lost 2 of his last 3... And if you count the rounds in those fights, he has literally won only about 9 of his previous 32 rounds.

If Pacquiao was Breidis Prescott, your argument would be a little better. He's not. He's a future HOF'er in most peoples' top 10 P4P still. And top 5 at WW.

Rios is barely ranked at 140. And never once fought at WW. Come on man. Quit reaching.

It's more likely that Rios knocks Pacquiao out than Canelo beats Mayweather in any way shape or form.

Canelo. Big boy with some stylistic advantages.

Pac may potentially be damaged but Rios' style still benefits Manny a bit more.
